PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS
In line with the opinions of the "Vocational School Working Group" and "Undergraduate Programs Working Group" within the body of the Council of Higher Education, the conditions and explanations to be applied as of 2021 Higher Education Institute Exam have been amended and rearranged.
Principles Regarding Conditions and Explanations to be Included in Higher Education Institute Exam Guidelines
1. Students enrolled in the Food and Beverage Management program are optionally offered a one-year foreign language preparatory program within the quota. The duration of the foreign language preparatory program is not included in the years shown in the teaching period column.
2. The education period of the program is four (4) years, excluding the preparatory class. Within the scope of the education period, it is obligatory to complete 240 ECTS, 30 ECTS in each semester.
3. It is obligatory to do internship for a total of 40 working days, 20 working days in the second year and 20 working days in the third year. Students have the freedom to do their internship in the province and business they want (as long as the conditions are met).
4. It is obligatory to wear the clothes required by the profession in the Workshop Lessons in the 4th Chapter.
5. Students who want to work within the Faculty have the opportunity to work part-time within the scope of the opportunities provided by the Department of Health, Culture and Sports (SKS).
